I like to listen to my fans. I take their advice to heart. Now, mind you, when I say "fans" I really mean the 15-17 people that are actually interested in my life. And most of those people are immediate family. That's beside the point though. I listened to you guys, and did what you said (hence the "blog"). I hate the word "blog", and I always thought they were, in general, kind of cheesy. My mind was set about the blogging world, until my dear friend Alecia Hamm started hers. I find myself waiting anxiously for her next post, and I then read them aloud to my mother like they're a bedtime story. When she suggested that I start my own blog, I immediately jumped at the challenge. I mean, she's a blogging master mind for crying out loud! So, here goes nothin'.

"I NEED a change. I have GOT to do something with my life" was all I could say. That thought ran through my mind like a Jersey Shore re-run. I'm not a school person. Never have been. I've become very well acquainted with a little disorder we like to call *say it with me* ADHD. I can't sit still for too long. And to be honest, I would rather do the talking than listen to someone talk to me about something I have no interest in. And then be tested on it! Ugh...the thought just sends chills down my spine. I knew that my once attempted venture of Cosmetology wasn't going to work out for me, so I was kind of at a dead-end. I loved my job teaching at the Daycare, but I didn't want to be in Pleasant Grove for the rest of my life. Basically I want to be famous. Plain and simple. They don't have college courses for "fame". So why waste my time and my parents money? If you know me at all, you know that I am a very animated individual. This is not a new occurance, I've been this way all my life. I love to entertain, and to make people happy. After lots of prayer and about 7 minutes of research I decided to pack a suitcase and head to Orlando, where I found myself at a rehersal facility with a big number 17 taped to my fitted black top. I was auditioning to be a Princess at the Walt Disney World Resort. To my suprise I passed through the audition with flying colors. This gave me a good feeling. I thought that surely I had the job. Two weeks went by-nothing. I carried my phone around like it was an oxygen tank that I couldn't live without. Three weeks passed and I was losing hope. I started filling out college applications! Oh the horror. On the fourth week I got what I was waiting for. I got *the call*. A week later I was stuffing boxes full of shoes and t-shirts. (the moving process is a whole blog post of it's own) Now here I am. Sitting in my Orlando apartment waiting for tomorrow. My first day of training! Keep an eye out for my next post. :)
